Has anyone noticed similar graphical bugs in their Flatout 2?

OS - Windows 8.1
GPU - Radeon R9 270x 2gb

These are speed tubes, silly. They make the car accelerate faster. A W8.1 update problem maybe?

I have the same GPU. Was this resolved since you've reported it?

Oh wait.. just noticed that it's about Flatout 2. I was interested in 1.

Looks like a graphics driver bug, or card overhead. You could try enabling vsync and see if that helps.

Oddly both games work perfectly under Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit edition on both my Surface Pro 2 with intel onboard video and on my desktop with an old ATI HD4870.

I have an R9 270 (not x) and i'm not getting those bugs in 1, haven't tried 2 yet. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
