Is there any way to delete saved games from the load/save screen? Or maybe rename them beyond "Saved Game #3". I find my screen is quickly filling up with saved games, and I'd like to delete some of my saves. FWIW: When I know I'm at a particularly tricky spot I save the game so I can go back to it and try a different approach.
