So I got a problem with this game since I bought it.

I can't play the game if the video are turned on. I can, however, put them off, play the game, turn them on and keep playing the game so I will be able to watch one (and only one) video before the game crash. I tried multiple solution on this forum, but none as helped me so far.

I'm on windows 10 and have a nvidia 840 m graphic card on a ASUS.

P.S: I find weird that i can play any game with no problem except this particuliar one

I have exactly the same issue myself. Have you submitted a support ticket?

I now know what the problem is. Apparently, the system on my computer is not even supported by the game.
