The sprites for the game are included in the game's CEL directory, according to various things I've read, but I've not been able to figure out how to open the files to edit them and create new ones.

Anyone have any luck or suggestions with this?

Converting from .cel into anything else, i dont think is possible, however you can get copys from tools16.exe, its just a pain.

I havent worked out how to add new sprite sheets yet

I can't get tools16 to run without crashing to desktop. Any tips there?
