Yet another game that uses FMOD for sound. None of my games that use FMOD for sound work correctly with ALSA (on Linux, obviously). Either they use raw pcm devices, bypassing/disallowing all plugins, including device sharing (why?) or force a bitrate regardless of bitrate conversion plugins (why?). I'm pretty sure this version of FMOD is the former, as my usual tricks to force a compatible bitrate don't seem to do anything.
