Hi,
So there's actually a problem apparently if your native resolution is 1920x1080.
My principal screen is in 1680x1050, no problem. As soon as i launch the game from my 1920x1080 screen the game process start and stop almost immediatly.
Here is the Debug Log.txt :

I think a solution could be to set the resolution in game to 1920x1080 with a smaller screen resolution (from an other screen or just changing the resolution to start the game atm), then you toggle your native 1080p resolution back and you should be able to play properly.
Edit: I can confirm. I started FEZ with my 1680x1050 screen, changing the in-game resolution from 1280x720 to 1920x1080 (it still takes all the screen). Then i quit the game. Start Big Picture on my TV 1080i, start FEZ on it (adding a non-steam game), and it works perfectly, enjoy!
