Contrary to what stated by the store page, this version of FEAR 2 comes with a decent range of languages, Italian DUB included.
The problem is, well, there's no in-game setting for it.
In order to choose the game language you have to run the language_setup.exe file (located in the install folder) , or look for a similar option in game context menu in GOG Galaxy.
