Game is not running anymore after changing different video options. Not supported? And even not found?
Is game missing files?

So it started to work after reinstalling and removing all registry keys but now launching process takes a long time.
Dunno what is all of this about.

Those warning messages about shaders are harmless. It actually sounds like the user data might be damaged in some way.

Can you download the repair tool below and answer "Yes" to all the prompts. It will wipe any save games / custom data you have, but it should hopefully get the game starting again.

EDIT: Also, if you are using custom images, make sure they're not too large (less than 2048 x 2048 pixels, preferably smaller) or numerous. The game imports all custom images on load, so it can take a while if that folder is full of big photos.
