How have I not heard about this before?

Well, doesn't look too promising from the reviews and the score. I wonder if it wasn't released here and that's why I've not heard about it before now?

>> Uwe Boll

Thats how.

Worst

Director

Ever
Yeah, better to pretend it doesn't exist.
I actually enjoyed it, to be honest. It differed from the story of the game, but it was entertaining on its own.

How does the story differ exactly, only there are two FarCry stories in the games being as the PC game story and the console game story are different. Similar, but different. Plus you get mutant powers in the console games.

I don't remember, I watched it a while ago. And I haven't played it on a console, so maybe the movie is based on that version.

Uwe Boll is the greatest director in history... only Ed Wood is better :D
Serious... if you like to have a funny evening, get some friends, fingerfood, BEER and then watch movies like: postal, far cry, rampage and so on.... I shit my pants everytime when seeing those hilarious bad movies!

Just forget it ever exists, life will be easier on you
Yeah, a movie exists but it is not worth watching it. Uwe Boll... that should be enough information one has to have. :)
Some films are just bad.

Some films are so bad, they are good.

Some films are so bad they are painful, unpleasant, soul crushing experiences.

Then there is FarCry (and most of Bol's other "contributions" to cinematography)

Avoid like the plague - it really was terrible!
Hey, I wouldn't spend much money on it, but having seen it, I did enjoy the ending where the super-soldiers escape and turn on everyone! Delicious chaos.

I saw it a few weeks ago. THIS is the best scene in the movie.

It's terrible.. beyond terrible...
i saw it, and frankly, i thought it was pretty entertaining. of course, i enjoy just about anything on film if its in the right genre.

however, most people find it to be awful, and this is in large part due the script being pretty crappy.
