No. The game is sold without DRM.

No they didn't - the witcher was a special case because it's developed by a team owned by the owners of GoG; I think they've only done that with the Witcher and Witcher 2
Wait a moment, let's get things right.

With The Witcher 1 and 2, if you have the game on retail disc or Steam then they will provide it on GOG for you for free. But if you have it on GOG you do not get a free Steam key. The Witcher 1 and 2 are just a one way thing, and this is done only because CD Projekt Red is GOG's sister company.

If you buy a game on GOG, though, then it is only on GOG, nothing more.
