I can't stand these idiotic/genius enemies spotting and shooting at me through tents. It is completely ruining the experience for me personally. It's more challenging, but not in a good way.

So I downloaded the AMD64 (all the mods, patches and websites related to FC are really confusing). Anyway, it doesn't start. After choosing a folder location and clicking 'Next'. Nothing happens.

I'm about to try the FCAM thingy, but would still love to know of a way to run FC AMD64. Can anybody help with this, please, or offer an alternative?
I'm running Win 8 (64bit) with Intel Integrated. From what I've heard, it should work. Maybe I've been misinformed...(?).

I'm not bothered about improving the graphics or anything. My main concern is eradicating the baddies' psychic abilities.

*Edit* FCAM sounds like it would be great! - If I could get it to run, that is. What a headache :(
Tried to run the 64-bit version and it just says "error. Switch to 32-bit version" - or something similar. Tried 32-bit, also no joy.

Can anyone please help me this. I can't enjoy the default GOG version because of the aforementioned reasons, and would mainly just like a solution to the buggy enemy ai. A little help with these confusing mods would be greatly appreciated too ;)
