Hello, Im having the titular problem. Wondering if anyone who came across this too and managed a solution is kind enough to let me know how to help install Far Cry 2 (havent downloaded far cry 1 but am sure same problem will arise)

Do not rename ANY of the installer files, it will alter their ability to install correctly. Also,
make sure that when you download all the installer files they all stay in the same area. So say your downloads go to "My Downloads" folder, your installer needs to be in the same folder as the BIN files.
