first of all sorry for my bad english! ;-) then, anyone has installed the patch for the 64 bit processor? It affect the GOG version of far cry (eg. for the no cd or other issues?)

Actually, it's not that simple. In the other topic people (including the staff) only confirmed that the game works on 64bit Vista but it's not at all related to the 64bit patch.
Answering your question: you can install it, it'll work fine, but it'll only patch the game to v1.32.
As far as I can remember it was some kind of AMD sponsored patch/project. Not sure if it will even run on Intel CPUs. Even if it does I think the majority of people are still using 32bit XP so having a 64bit executable as default would make no sense as it would not run on those systems.
Using a 32bit executable however makes sense as it can still run on 64bit systems and the benefit from using a 64bit executable even on a 64bit system is small.
