FC1 question here...
Is it possible to stay in a crouch without holding down the keyboard key? The prone position (V) is a key tap, and you're down until you change position.
It's like a difficult guitar chord to hold down the crouch key (L-Ctrl) and move around. I can change the assigned key, but it seems like I'm missing something obvious.

You can simply assign move mode toggle action to a key that you want. I can't recall if it's possible from options menu (I think it should be), but if it's not, then you should look in the game.cfg file in the main game directory. Open it as a text file (with Notepad or similar program) and look for a line containing MOVEMODE_TOGGLE. There you can manually assign any key to crouching.
