What Difficulty Level do you play ? (Concerns FG 1)

Syntax of CUSTOM difficulty, which goes from 1-5 for AI Money and Experience:
Easy = 1/1 (Money 1 / Exp 1)
Medium = 3/3
Hard = 5/5
Spot Hidden units ON/OFF (please mention, it is an important aspect of difficulty!)

Example: 3/4 OFF . Meaning AI Money 3, Exp 4 , spot hidden units OFF (meaning there is Fog of War)

Me used to play on 4/4 ON. Tomorrow I start campaign 5/5 ON.
Won Minicampaign on HARD (5/5) ON

EDIT: I made the first continent in the second attempt after defeat on scenario 2. But it was awesomely hard!!! They keep recruit so many elite units each round.

Has anyone ever played on HARD ?

I've always played on Medium

I always set it on medium, but i only play once a twice a year, last game i managed to pull it through halfway the 4th isle lets see how far i can get this time before dread settles in ;|)

I'm hoping my custom setting of opengl, game scales to full screen set in the nvidia panel and aplying FXAA, which really does wonders, even gives the used font a nice twirl and image enhancing also set trhough the nvidia control panel will provide enough juice to pull it trhough to the last isle and win this damned game for once ;)

Yes. Apart from certain strategies its rather hard on 'hard' - but can be won with all characters still.

Edit: And if you dont use an easy strategy you probably want all the detail knowledge about how the game works for 'hard'.
