Has anyone tried to play Fallout 2 under windows 2000? Did it work well for you? I was thinking about buying this game (and F/A 18 Super Hornet) but I want to find out if they'll work with my operating system first.

just one question out of curiosity, why are you still using that awful OS? i'd rather use win98 or XP.

Ahh 2K is pretty good really, it was good enough to build XP on.
I think that pretty much any software that works on XP should work on 2K, I've got a friend who's still running 2k and he can run games like Rome Total War without a hassle so it should be good.
About the only way to know for sure is to buy one of the games and try it. Sucks to lose the money if it doesn't work but on the plus side its not MUCH money to lose.
