As a long time player of the series, I have a few grips with this GOG iteration.

1.) Why the fuck is screen still cut down to the original size and unable to increase said resolution?

2.) Why is the file structure nothing like the initial Fallout? If I wanna use a editor I should be allowed to do so.

This is very disheartening to say the least, I'll be sure to spread the word concerning said issues.

1.) Fallout uses a sprite based engine. Scaling to larger size would be ugly. Just making the resolution higher would mean everything on the screen would become much smaller.

2.) Did you install in C:\Program Files? Windows Vista and Windows 7 tend to mess up file locations for older games. Try installing in a different folder.
Easy solution! Go install the High-res patch.
Editors still work, just not in the same way. At least the ones I tried did.
aren't all versions of fallout running the original size and can't increase resolution? including retail box?

It utilizes a sprite based engine? No shit? Hey there buddy, I knew that. And to increase the resolution would actually make it appear far better i.e. at 1920x1080 etc. Now to decrease it would have the effect you're talking about.

Does anyone know how to get the FALCHE editor to work?
