Just to let people know - I am running fallout2 and fallout on 64 bit vista just fine ... so far. knnock on wood.

Always good to know, I also have been able to run it under Vista 64 with no problems as well as all of the other games I've purchased from GOG so far(Giants:Citizen Kabuto and Shogo: Mobile Armor Division.).

I ran both on x64 and yeah they work just fine.

I am running Fallout 1 on a Win Vista 64 bit machine and keep getting the error message - "Not enough free hard disk space. Fallout requires at least 20MB to run." I have over 40 GB available, so i don't get it... if anyone has posted on this already - apologies, but any help would be appreciated.
never mind - found a thread on this issue and will be trying it out...

That's great to know, I'm running 64 bit vista also.

Just installed it and already running into what seems to be a reproducable memory access bug.
Will try killapp's patch and do some more testing first, else I'll slap up a new post about it.

For everyone who may still be having trouble with color problems or display problems with black screens, etc., check out this link. Randomnly found it in a topic on gamefaqs and it helped fix any display issues for me. If it doesn't work the first time then restart your computer and try again, it worked for me when the tool randomnly didn't work sometimes (probably just my computer). Hope this helps.
