Okay, I just installed Fallout 1 downloaded from gog, I installed TeamX patch 1.3.4, NPC patch, sfall and high resolution patch.
Everything works nicely, no problems.
BUT: Ending videos (the ones that play when you finish the game, telling you what happened to every city etc), plus "death" videos (the ones with skeleton and Perlman's voiceover, when you die) don't work. They just suddenly shut down. Sometimes they shut down immediately after they appear, sometimes later, but it is still very annoying.
Second EDIT - I found out solution. Start - run - dxdiag - sound - and put hw acceleration to basic or none, instead of full. For some reason, this works. Hopefully its gonna help someone else here besides me : ).
