Hi, I have no difficulty patching to v1.2, but when I patch v1.3, it still says v1.2 in the lower right hand corner of the menu screen when you first start up the game. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.

Do you mean Unofficial Fallout 1 Patch 1.3.4 by TeamX (AFAIK there is no official 1.3 patch for either fallouts)? If yes, then it's normal.
The patch 1.2 it is official?
The difference between 1.1 and 1.2?

Are you sure? When I installed the High Res Patch today with my new GoG version, it only detected version 1.2 of what I had installed, when I already installed the unofficial 1.3.4 patch.
