I happened to open the lockers and took some supplies did'nt know I could'nt take em now I'm accused of stealing. do I have to start my game all over or is there a way passed this?

Which game are you playing? Is this in Fallout 1, or in Fallout: Tactics?
If the former, having the goodwill of the Brotherhood is not critical to winning the game, but once its been lost there's no getting it back.
If the latter, you NEED to reload a previously saved game.
If, in either case, you don't have a previous save file to reload, shame on you, and let this be a lesson: Save early, save often, and save in multiple slots.
