This game just rocks, it has an amazing world, great and memorable characters, and the game play being that of a old school, roll based RPG, doesn't feel aged at all. This game also expands on the first offering tons of new perks and traits.
Also the level of character customization was almost mind boggling for its time and almost ensures that no two players will play the same way. Do you want to kill everything and everybody, you can do that. You want to be a prizefighter or a porn star; you can. Hell, you can even sell your spouse into slavery.
