Is that normal? I notice it didn't have a new exe, just more stuff in the Data folder, but it still seems a bit confusing.

Yes, because it shows Fallout version, not TeamX patch version.

Okay, thanks. I just wasn't sure since other patches will actually change the version number, like Fixt.
