So I recently bought Fallout and when I played te arrow and stuff kind of skipped a little. It doesn't feel as smooth as it should. Something just seems sort of wrong. I can't really explain it, it sort of has a small skip i'm not sure how to say it, but if you know what i'm sort of talking about, please help.
