So far, I have the following mods for the game:
No Theft, No Knock, No Lock: These three mods disable those annoying comments and reactions from npcs when you look at owned property even for a split second, knock over items by accident, or sneak up too close to them.
Pitt Reforged: Fixes some bugs in the Pitt.
All Companions Essential: All followers are essential as long as they follow you.
Dogmeat Armor: Makes Dogmeat unkillable as long as he is your follower.
Dogmeat Leather Armor: Dogmeat can wear armor and packs, allowing him to be a pack mule.
Confessor Cromwell Break: Confessor Cromwell no longer stands all day near the bomb.
BOS Sentries Fix: Brotherhood sentries no longer fall off a ledge in the Citadel to their death.
Essential Trade Caravan: The four major caravan merchants are now essential.
Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch: Fixes many bugs.
What other mods are recommended as long as they do not change the 'feel' of the game?
