GoG has Fallout 2 listed as "Fallout 2 Classic" and the game launcher has the Bethesda copywrite. Is this the real version of Fallout 2 just with the wrong copywrites or will this be like the garbage censored version of Fallout that Bethesda released as a cash grab after the sales rights passed to them?

Fallout 1 is censored. You'll need a child patch to restore children into the game. Fallout 2 is uncensored however, so no worries in this case.

In either case, for F2 you'll probably want unofficial patch, and for F1 - 1in2 conversion, and with those there should be no censorhip.
