A well done RPG with a superb setting in an amazing world.
This game grows up on a solid set of RPG rules giving to the player the capability to build his Character as he can aspect from a real Role Playing Game. Far away from stupid pseudo-rpg as Oblivion, Mass Effect etc etc.
When you walk around in Fallout world you really can feel yourself inside the setting, cites are real, quests are real, characters are real. You can taste a fantastic scent of freedom.
No stupid censorship as we are going to see in Fallout 3. For instance you can shot down children, that's no so important but it is important that who did this game can understand the difference between a video game and the real life giving you no stupid constrains.
Finally the interface is for PC and not for console.
