Just bought the game as a Christmas present for myself, and have tested a few things. So far everything seems to be working relatively fine, except for the very first thing on starting a new game: the intro movie has very noticeable screen tearing, as if no Vsync was enabled (when it is). Nothing in the gameplay itself shows the same tearing.
I have tried this with a set of stability and quality mods, and also without with no difference.

has anyone else experienced this?
