I'm trying to get the hardened power armor but the librarian won't talk to me for some reason so I can't get the required book. Are there any alternatives or any way to trade with her?
I think I read somewhere that if you piss her off you won't be able to talk to her the rest of the game, I hope it isn't true. Thanks for the help.

maybe if you were to dress like a normal person, instead of a regulator, she'd be more responsive.

i tried changing and i think i may have mistakenly made one of those "hey, nice legs" comments early on in the game. i just restarted the game and pretty much tore through it. lots of fun. thanks.
