WINE prefix configuration is now opened with 'fo1-winecfg' instead of 'fallout-winecfg'

a new menu entry has been added to enable/disable and configure the High Resolution Patch
(disabled by default)

trying to open/view scripts (play-fallout_gog-2.1.0.18.sh / play-anything.sh), I get 404.
