Is it possible (after using falche) to kill the over seer? DOesnt seem to be..I keep shootin him..And when I look at him it says he has full HP..Is he just healin himself or is it not possible to kill him? lawl

*Massive spoilers ahoy*
You don't actually need Bloody Mess. You can enter combat mode after the dialogue but before the ending and, well, you know.
