So I installed Fallout on my computer which is running Windows 7 64 bit. I did the workarounds to fix the color issues but I am noticing that for some reason anytime there are videos/cutscenes about half the screen doesn't show and I have tried to play with resolution settings and don't really know how to fix it. As far as actual game play everything is fine. Anyone know what I need to do?

UPDATE: Did a full reinstall and followed the correct order of patching things and that seems to have fixed everything....sorry for wasting everyone's time.
