Create a text file with this inside:

taskkill /F /IM Explorer.exe
falloutw.exe
Start explorer.exe

Rename it to Fallout 1.bat, Put it in the main game folder, and double click it to start the game.

For Fallout 2, change 'falloutw.exe' to 'fallout2.exe', and name it Fallout 2.bat.
