I'm playing through Fallout 1 and I've just talked to Set in Necropolis. I'm on the surface and I don't know any way to get to the watershed. Does anyone know the way to the watershed?

You should go down to the sewers and then north to the new section. Once you are there, continue with the corridor and at the end you should find the ladder leading to the Watershed.
