Gimgak: I bought Fallout 1 here around a month a go and never really got more than half an hour into it, just couldn't get into it. Just tried again this weekend and after the beginning the game really does get addicting :). To anyone who bought it and didn't get what they expected, keep playing! It gets great later on, and it looks like I'll have to buy Fallout 2 soon :P

carlosjuero: Thats one of the things about older RPG's - they took a little longer to get into, but for me they always managed to hook me (esp. FO 1 & 2). I think modern gamers are too used to having everything prettied up and handed to them (not meaning any offense to anyone with that comment, just a personal opinion on how modern games play)

Gimgak: Yeah I understand that completely, I can even see that with games like Morrowind. When I first played the game when I was 8 I was really good at it and couldn't stop playing it, but after playing it after oblivion I was surprised how much harder it seemed because the game doesn't hold your hand the whole way.
