I noticed that GOG's Fallout 2 comes with Sfall. Will there be any problems if you install Killap's Restoration Project over this version of Fallout 2? Previous versions of Fallout 2 didn't come with Sfall so maybe Killap's Restoration Project isn't compatible with this version of Fallout 2.

You shouldn't have any issues there. I didn't have any trouble, just install RP and enjoy. If you run into any complications just tell RP not to install Sfall.
