I'm having a problem with GOG Galaxy seemingly stuck in an endless update loop on Fallout 2. It keeps downloading the installer for a new version (galaxy_fallout2_2.1.0.18.exe), runs it, and the installer fails with: And then it starts all over again in a few minutes. The installer prompts to elevate every time it is launched, so it's pretty much impossible to keep Galaxy open.

Is anybody else seeing this?

i assume mine is due to the mod install i running.

but i bit miffed that it refuses to run the modded game that was ruuning fine last i played.
