I just got into necropolis in fallout 1 and its pretty much the complete opposite of the few friendly ghouls. I went in with sneak on right away as i didnt like the looks of things. After punching all their ghoul balls i slowly made my way into the ghoul shack or hotel. I ran into some guys room and he was just sitting there. He came over to me but i didnt know if he was going to attack, so i went in his dresser and took his coins. I then went up to him and punched him in the groin. He then said: "Dont touch my stuff!" I wasnt sure he was referring to his coins or his nuts. It was so funny.
