A superb RPG with a hell of a sense of humour. Does away with the rather constricting time limit of the first game. Seemingly endless ways to have a good time, from joining the adult film industry to building an army of misfits and maiming the innocent. Slightly bland endgame, but you can put that off indefinitely, getting rich and getting violent.
I also particularly enjoyed installing a character mod and punching people's groins off.
