My mouse movement isnt smooth on camera movement, any help as to how to remedy this?

Do you mean mouse acceleration,if so you can disable it by finding the FALLOUT.ini and changing these values from 1 to 0 :-
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0

I think it can be found in your Documents/My Games/Fallout 3.I hope this helps you.
