Hi, iIdon't know why but when I'm playing Fallout 4 after 5 minutes I feel dizzy and with some headaches.

I tried to adjust the FOV to 90, and disable motion blur but anything doesn't work for me.

So, I want you share me some advices that help me and other people to enjoy this game without suffering this type of problems.

Thanks!

Make sure V-Sync is on (maybe forced by graphic card's drivers).

Most important thing is to play SLOW. Don't run, don't make fast turns, crouch instead of walking while in buildings. Don't walk with visible weapon, hide it when not needed. Make it stealth&sneak game. At the beginning make short play runs. From time to time look away from monitor. When you'll start to feel dizzy then you can look through room's window at some far away stable objects or at least at distant part of your room.

Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4 are not that bad like new Tomb Rider games (with shaking camera; there is mod/tool to disable it) or older ones with bad/outdated graphics (like Outcast Second Contact; I can't play it).

I get motion sick pretty easy from FPS games, and I didn't play them for years.

Switching to a game controller (and lowering the sensitivity a notch) really was the difference for me.
