First off I want to say that I started a topic about fallout T awhile ago asking for help but confused so I just stopped, however now after messing around with the files I got the GOG pop up screen thing saying that the game is installing. But there is another popup that says "Installer needs the next part (.Bin) file" and "Please specify the location of part 1 and click OK" Can some tell me the name of the file/ what to type in the box? Or if it is something different for every person can you tell me where I might find what the file name is. Also please note that I am an idiot when it comes to stuff like this so if it is not a simple answer or another question to me please male it easy for someone like me to understand. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

All three files need to be in the same folder:

setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8.exe
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-1.bin
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-2.bin

Double check your browser didn't helpfully rename any of them.

Gydion: All three files need to be in the same folder:

setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8.exe
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-1.bin
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-2.bin

Are you supposed to drag the two files into the downloaded bin file? Again I am bad with computers.

Gydion's answer is probably the solution, all you need to do is downloading all 3 files (see attached screenshot) to the same location. Once you have all three in the same folder, start setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8.exe (right-click the file and choose "Run as administrator").

Thanks but when I click run as admin the little pop up box appears that says "Installer needs next bin part (.BIN) file." and "Please specify location of part 2 and click OK" I have all three files in the folder and don't know what to put for the location of part two. also does it matter that two of the files have "(1)" at the end which I assume id from me re-downloading them or possibly making copies when messing around with the files.

Yes, the "(1)" part is the problem. These files are renamed, hence the setup doesn't find them and asks for the location.
They have to be named
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8.exe
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-1.bin
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-2.bin
It could be, that .exe and .bin aren't visible on your system as these extensions are hidden by default.
Delete the (1) part and any closing spaces (right-click => rename) and try again.
If it doesn't work, delete all files that have/had a (1) in their name and redownload them to get proper named files.

I deleted all the files and re-downloaded just 1 and 3 for now since 2 takes a long time but again there names aren't correct:

setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8
setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8-2

They are just missing the ending piece, exe and bin. I can rename them but is that a problem if they are mislabeled right after the download? Again thanks for the help even though this may be annoying for you.

Normally, Windows doesn't show the file type. The .exe and .bin are there but it's just hidden. You don't have to worry about that.

The file names are okay. Don't rename them. Download the missing file and you're ready for installation. If it works, please let us know and mark Gydion's first answer as solution (hover over it to get the option), because he was right on the spot from the beginning on.
