Ok so I also couldn't make fallout work. I was getting the screen resolution problem like everyone else. I worked that out by renaming the draw.dll files to ini files.

I now face a newer problem. It loads up fine, plays the intro video fine and then just stops. Once the intro video is done the screen turns all funny colored and just stops working. This also happens if I try to skip the intro but the screen just goes green instead. Any ideas for this one?
