i want to try a save editor just cause. and i dont know where to put it. ive checked nma and a few others and they wont help me!

If you're using Falche, it doesn't matter where the program itself is located, but you need to point it to the Fallout folder itself, NOT to the savegame folder. If you installed to Program Files though, you'll need to point Falche to the Fallout directory in the Appdata\Local\VirtualStore\etc. folder in your user section. (You may need to turn on "view hidden files/folders" to be able to see it.)

i know but i cannot access it because i got the interplay collector pack.
(edit) nevermind got it working anyway.
