I went to the part on GOG Galaxy where you can download DLCS and it doesn't Show up, On the Game Launcher it even shows the Missing DLCS Unchecked.

That version of the game should already have the DLCs in the base installation. You can confirm by running the game by first time. There would be a "launcher" whereas you can pick "data files". There you should see the DLCs
