Hello,

I'm experiencing major issues with both Fallout NV and Fallout 3

Here's where it gets weird.

I'm having the exact same issue on both a Thinkpad Carbon X1 without a graphics card windows 11, and on a surface studio laptop 2 with graphics card windows 10.

I'm having three errors.

Error 1, the cursor seems somewhat misaligned, making it hard to click on things in pipboy, and also in fights (I miss a lot).
Error 2, the game locks in third person, and pressing F to change view just switches from one third person to another, I can't get back to first person
Error 3, in fights, pressing V for VATS glitches the game out horribly.

The cursor misalignment makes me think it's a scaling error.
