Can someone from the CEE region confirm whether the version of Fallout New Vegas that you can buy on GOG is different from the Steam version? Like if you're from the CEE region does GOG automatically download the "enplczru" version? Or can you download and play the "international" version?

I went ahead and bought it on GOG and it seems that the version you get is not region locked, unlike the Steam version.
