Does anybody have a way to force New Vegas to use an AMD iGPU integrated graphics? I'm tired of having to disable my Nvidia Card every time I want to run New Vegas for a long time on battery power.

Did you try to look in the Nvidia control panel when you say "disable my nvidia card" ?
There you can normally select the right GPU
