Hey all! If you're experiencing crashes, bad performance, or simply the game won't run – please make sure that you're launching it the right way:

Run Fallout: London from its own game card in GOG GALAXY. Do not use the Fallout 4 game card.

If you're not using GOG GALAXY, make sure you're using the f4se_loader.exe file.

I think we need some best practices outlined/clarified.

I installed both the GoG F4-GOTY and GOG FO London from the offline installers. It was simple: just run each installer.

I did startup FO4 once to just in case it created any files needed for installation.

After installing, FO:LON creates a shortcut and I always launch from that shortcut.

It ran perfect for about about the first hour, then after the train, it started crashing constantly, which seems common.

At this point the community recommendation is installing the mod: Buffout.

This is a good recommendation, FO:LON has stopped crashing.

This can be installed with a Mod Manager or manually. I manually installed, because my mod manager is point to my modded original FO4 installation, that has the same directory location, and I don't want to mess it up.

IMO Buffout should be in the original package, as it seems necessary after the Train.
Buffout is now in the patch.

I note that I was still having about one crash/hour after buffout, but have had none yet in a few hours since applying the patch.

Very good patch...
