Just when you think Bethesda pulled their heads out of their behinds, they raise the price drastically to take advantage of old school fans. Games should go down in price over time. I bought them a while back for $10 bundled with no sale I believe and all games separately were $20 or less. But since they left and returned Bethesda tacked extra money for games they didn't even make and it doesn't look like any bundle deals will exist. The originating developers prices were a bit high but fair at the time. Even after Interplay raised the price the collection was still heavily discounted. Once the games go off sale it will be highway robbery at $30 with no discounts for bundles.

I can't say with 100% certainty but I believe they were 9.99USD before they were pulled as well. It was a good deal then and it is still a good deal now. To say anything else is to dismiss the quality of the games.

The price is the same here as it is on Steam. It would make no business sense to make it drastically more expensive on GOG in the future and there is absolutely no indication that this is what will happen, unless you're looking several years into the future and the price of EVERYTHING gets adjusted fof inflation. To jack up the price in one store but not the other makes NO business sense at all, and if they really want to squeeze people for money and jack up the price everywhere they are going to lose all projected sales. 10 bucks is the sweet spot where it is easy for people to open up their wallets in their favourite store, whichever it may be.

I do however think it is likely that we won't see many sales on GOG. Certainly, Bethesda must prefer Steam for the sheer exposure it provides. Steam Friends is not to be underestimated, you see one of your friends playing a certain game and you want it as well. GOG doesn't have that kind of user base. It would make the most sense for Bethesda to stimulate sales and exposure on Steam while GOG is just another off-hand channel to cover a bit of extra ground.
